contact us
Got a question? Need a little help? Or just want to say hello?
You're in the right place.
playPROMPTS might be on a mission to keep kids playing, but behind the scenes it's a small, independently run business - which means when you get in touch, there's a real person at the other end. Hi, I'm Claire!
Whether you have a question about your order, need help choosing the right pack, want to chat about stocking playPROMPTS or have spotted something you think we should know about, I'd love to hear from you.
💌 Customer & order enquiries
For questions about an existing order, delivery, returns, our No Play, No Pay Guarantee, or anything else playPROMPTS related:
Email: playprompts.team@gmail.com
If you're contacting us about an order, please include your order number so we can find it quickly.
Please bear in mind that we're a small business rather than a giant customer-service team. We'll always do our best to reply as quickly as possible, but sometimes we're packing orders, creating play ideas or, quite possibly, parenting! 💛
🛍️ Want to stock playPROMPTS?
We'd LOVE to see playPROMPTS popping up in brilliant shops, play spaces, cafés, attractions and family businesses.
For wholesale and trade enquiries, email:
Pop WHOLESALE in the subject line and tell us a little about your business.
🎤 Press, partnerships & collaborations
Want to talk play?
For press enquiries, brand collaborations, events, speaking opportunities or expert contributions around play, early years and keeping kids playing, we'd love to hear from you.

And finally...

PLEASE tell us. Those are our favourite messages. 💛
Happy Playing!
